Meet Attorney Marc C. Vincelette

A Berkshire County native, Attorney Marc C. Vincelette graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1994 and La Salle University in Philadelphia in 1998. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Marc worked for both the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team. He later achieved his childhood goal of attending and graduating from law school at Quinnipiac University.

Marc began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office. In September 2004, he opened his own law practice at 8 Bank Row in his hometown of Pittsfield. Since then, he has built a reputation as an accomplished trial attorney, dedicated advocate, and practical problem-solver who uses a wide range of strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

Krista Woodard is a Pittsfield native and Attorney Vincelette’s Executive Assistant since 2025.

Meet Eagle

Eagle joined the team in April of 2025 as the Director of Smiles and Chief of Security. He can be found every day at the office, greeting clients and sleeping away his afternoons.
